How do I pay for my subscription?
Create an account and request your preferred plan in the dashboard. We will email you the payment instructions. Your VPN access is activated after an administrator confirms receipt of payment.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. You choose when to renew. An active subscription can be extended from your dashboard; an expired subscription needs renewal before you can connect again.
Can you help me get connected?
Yes. Your dashboard includes app links, your VPN credentials and setup instructions. Contact billing@s2as.ru if you need help.
How does the referral programme work?
Get your link from the referral section in your account. Your friend must open it before creating an account. You earn 25% of their confirmed payments. Your balance and payout history are available in your dashboard; request a payout by email.
